Terms and Conditions:

1. The guardian must be present and directly involved in the contract (no marriage without a guardian).
2. Guardianship belongs to the father; if he cannot attend, he must appoint a representative.
3. In case of the father's death, a death certificate, legal testimony, or sworn death affidavit must be presented.
4. After the father's death, guardianship passes to the brother, uncle, son, cousin, then to the nearest male relative.
5. Non-male relatives (such as maternal uncles) cannot be guardians unless appointed as representatives.
6. The groom or his representative must be present and responsible for the accuracy of information in the application.
7. If the groom cannot attend, he must appoint a representative with the bride's name included in the power of attorney.
8. If the bride is abroad, her consent to the marriage must be provided with the groom's name included.
9. If the bride has been previously married, divorce documents or court ruling must be provided.
10. The agreed dowry amount must be specified (received/deferred).
11. Both named witnesses must be present at the marriage contract (contract cannot proceed without them).
12. A witness cannot serve as a representative for any party in the contract.
